Full Moon Village

We love: 1/ swimming pool 2/ environment with many trees 3/ beach, takes only 5 mins by walk

We really enjoyed Full Moon Village. Nice staff, good food, and nice villas.

Fantastic small resort. Perfect combination of beach, swimming pool, beautiful gardens and great homes. The Dutch general manager is providing great service

Lovely grounds, landscaping, flowers. Great pool. Nice traditional villa. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good but coffee average at best. Dinner menu uninspiring, needs more Vietnamese choices. Beach in front of hotel is nice. Nearshore waters covered in nets making windsurfing through the "opening" left, with the current and onshore winds, challenging. Away from the manicured beach is typical trash. Bus to the town reliable but long. Mui Ne is very Russian. Good seafood along the beach. Joes has good live music. It was so quite and relaxing we extended our stay for 2 additional days.

I booked this resort as a last minute decision...when I arrived I thought they'd made a mistake with the booking - the villas are huge with a private garden - very luxurious, the pool area is beautiful - it has a private beach - also beautiful. The food is lovely and the staff are so friendly and helpful. It's a wee bit out of Mui Ne but the local bus is fab and cheap and the resort has a shuttle bus. I'd thoroughly recommend it and will definitely go back.

The hotel is very nice and the villas are beautiful! However, the hotel is a little far from the main town of MuiNe and the bus/train ride from Ho Chi Minh City all the way to MuiNe is not pleasant. The food was ok but nothing spectacular. The service was exceptional. Remember to bring mosquito repellant. You will need it :-)

We are a family with two children and stayed here in April. Friendly staff and fantastic villa accommodation and beautiful pool. Peaceful and quiet location some distance from the town, an hour from the train station. Condition of the surrounding location was disappointing - building work and the sea and beach were full of rubbish which was a shame for a water sports location particularly as this was the main reason for our stay here.

We were looking for a quiet hotel after a long trip to Cambodia and Laos and we found it. We were given a large villa to ourselves with our own wonderful garden, private jacuzzi and even a huge kitchen. The swimming pool was large and very well maintained and there were enough loungers of everyone. The staff has obviously received training and were delightful. As with a lot of beaches in Vietnam, the surrounding beach (not near our hotel) was covered in rubbish washed up from the sea although it is obvious that the area surrounding our hotel is cleaned every day. We also discovered enormous dead jelly fish washed on the beach so care must be taken when swimming. Ideal for windsurfing and all water sports.

Full Moon Village is far away from the hustle and bustle of Ham Tien, though you can still get there easily by the resort's complimentary shuttle bus ride, or taking the public bus, or a taxi (around 350,000 VND one way). The beach has a shallow slope which is nice for young children. The oceanfront dining room and terrace along with free kayaks, boogie boards, and surfboards made it a beach lover's paradise. The manager, Silvian is extremely helpful and professional, and extremely dedicated to making your stay in Mui Ne your most relaxed vacation ever. Highly recommend.

One of my favourite hotels I have ever stayed in. Simply outstanding from start to finish. Sylvian and his team are just fantastic and the hotel itself is stunning. Beautiful private villas with gardens and a fantastic attached beach house for beautiful sunrises. A simply wonderful place to relax whilst still a short (ish) taxi ride into Mui Ne. They do also run a regular shuttle bus in and out of town. It is a truly fantastic hotel.
