La taille de la chambre et de la salle de bain. L'absence d'un mini frigo pour garder de l'eau au frais par cette canicule.Le prix de la chambre est trop élevé par rapport à la prestation.

Big balcony and it was in the sunshine from lunch time onwards, the room has been recently decorated, very clean hotel and modernised recently. The pool area was very well presented and played music, plenty of sunloungers and the pool was clean a nice place to cool off.

The room air-conditioning was unusable, it was set to very very very low, you could feel it only when you put your hand up to the vent but that was it, we complained twice and they set it was set to quiet and it had no other settings we was told after 20 minutes the room would be cold. After 8 hours of the air-con set to 16 degrees and the curtains closed to help, the room was hotter than when we left, every evening before going out and also when we came back we had to open the balcony doors and the front door to ventilate the room and try to cool it down. The room had an damp/musky smell. Limited storage space with only one draw, no fridge but plenty of room for one. The front door wasn't very secure, it only had an electronic locking system and it let light in all around which shows it wasn't tightly fitted. The advert said the hotel had been soundproofed but it really hadn't, we was woken up every morning by the room above stomping about and every footstep upstairs could be heard. The hotel also doesn't have a coffee house like the advert says and the only drink options was to wait for the restaurant under the hotel to open. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from Sotges centre and this is the only place you could get a drinks/water or snacks, no other convenience store nearby, the hotel had a vending machine that sold kids size bottles of water for 2.50 each

Las instalaciones buenas, totalmente renovadas. La ubicación muy cerca de la playa y a unos 20 minutos del centro. El personal muy profesional y atento.

El tamaño de la habitación. Aunque era individua era demasiado pequeña, solo había espacio para la y una pequeña mesilla colgada en la pared. Para ser un hotel de 3* debería tener por lo menos una silla, un armario ( y no un hueco con perchas) y una pequeña nevera.
