Hotel Sitges

The location of NH Hotel Sitges was excellent, and the facilities were great overall. The hotel is well situated and offers good amenities.

However, the air conditioning in our room wasn't working properly, which made the stay less comfortable. It was also quite noisy in the mornings due to the cleaning staff and housekeeping activities, making it difficult to sleep in.

This was not the first time I stayed in this hotel, so I knew what to expect. The location is excellent, quiet, between the oleanders, bougainvilles and jacarandas at a 10 minutes walk from the beach and also has a swimming pool. The rooms are good, clean and the shower is excellent. Breakfast buffet is not included in the price, but is good and has a variety of dishes. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

The hotel looks good, the pool area the same and the room was compact, but really nice and clean. Some things need improving. The neighbourhood is amazing, super nice villas, flowers, palm trees, jasmine and it is very quiet. 5 mins from the beach

Thin walls, you can hear your neighbours. TV wasn't working, the AC is not that great but it's ok to sleep. Approx 25 mins from the train station but there is a bus station 5 mins away to take you to the airport. Same distance to the city centre and although it doesn't sound like a lot, when the sun is in your face or you come back at night it seems too far away. Beach is 5 mins away though

La decoración es impresionante y el personal de 10. Estuve sólo un día por trabajo y el trato fue inmejorable. La ubicación buenísima, ya que está muy cerca de la playa, pero la zona no está muy masificada. Pude aparcar en la calle sin problema.

The hotel is new and stylish. The room was cute. The breakfast and the staff there in the breakfast area very sweet. There is parking even though it cost 10 euros. And it's a good breakfast.

They didn't have a small refrigerator in the room. There was only an over priced vending machine in the lobby. That wouldn't be an issue if a convenience store was next door but it's a residential neighborhood without stores anywhere near. Why this wonderfully styled hotel didn't spend money on room refrigerators is beyond me. The owner has a lobby full of vintage BMW motorcycles, he/she can surely afford little refrigerators in the room. Also he could have built a little larger pool then the small one they have. This hotel is not close to many restaurants. You have to walk or drive to have much choice. Hotels have got to STOP saying toiletries providing, while giving little packs of soap or shampoo is not providing much. They aren't any bigger then a department store perfume sample. I have stayed in 24 places in the last 3 months and I'm glad to say many hotels have moved away and provide soap, shampoo and conditioner on the walls. This hotel should do the same. I included a photo of what they provide.

Hotel was in a quiet position and walking distance to the town .

Bathroom was tight but very clean
