"Was ok for the money spent I expected a lot more and less problems"

What the pictures showed

No hot water, refrigerator didn’t cool, ac only went to 70, fan in master bedroom made to much noise. Master bedroom shower leaked water everywhere making it extremely slippery. Adult things left behind nightstand luckily my 6 year old didn’t see or find it

The place was amazing. The tub was the highlight of our stay.

The City of New Braunfels had a power outage and couldn’t register guests. After waiting for a couple of hours, we decided to leave and head to another hotel that could accommodate us. The resort is not at fault. My wife and I were looking forward our stay. We’ll have to come out another time.

"Best days of my current situation"

I was there because I had a medical procedure scheduled very early in the area and I was already stressed. Getting there and seeing balcony views, honestly, when the results came back negative, I was still very peaceful and happy. THANKS

Property itself is absolutely beautiful. Yes this place is older so dont expect 5 star looks more like cabin in the woods feel. Loved all the deer around the property in the morning and all the beautiful trees everywhere!

"Visit was in older rooms/building of the resort. Seemed outdated and a little rundown but okay."

Staff was friendly and location of the resort were good. Not too crowded. Roomier than most hotel rooms.

Did not like music from the water park playing all day and evening. Broken bed frame. Low water pressure in toilet. Did not flush completely.
