The Resort at Schlitterbahn

Absolutely amazing stay!! The rooms were clean comfortable and very nice. The location was awesome and Zachary went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for us! We will be coming back.

I loved how close and easy access to the waterpark was for my family.

The room accommodations are extremely dated , & not as advertised. There was a massive spider web weaved through the ceiling fan in our bedroom. There was also large amounts of hair on the carpet and furniture from past guests. The rooms overall need a complete makeover , and there were even parts of the ceiling that seemed to be questionable. However , the staff at the front desk was extremely nice and made checkin a breeze!

The room was amazing as we had to upgrade due to our children deciding to come at the last minute. The beds were comfortable and rooms are nice. Zachary at the front desk was amazing and even stayed later to ensure we were able to check in once we arrived. We will be returning.
