The resort is out dated, the room given is far in the jungle, the walkway to the room is scary, dirty, the parking is far from the room, the smell of old furnitures, bed mites, the wall of the blocks need to be repaint and got mold everywhere. I cant sleep that night, got pest animals sound everywhere, it not bird or nature sound, its 100percent pest animals living in the roof, the water is rusty too. I cant believe this kind of resort still alive. Lots of poor housekeeping, poor cleanliness. Dont come here. I even purchase my own anti bed bugs and perfurmes to stay away from bed bugs.

This was the third time we’ve stayed at this resort and very sad to report that there has been a steep decline in the last 12 months. There’s an air of there being no one in charge and the resort winding down. No pool bar. No BBQ. Beach bar open short hours and lack of stock of key drinks. Dirty. Terrace furniture rusty and unkempt. Old rusty freezers left around the site. No shade by the pool. Plastic bottles littering the beach. Sand flies everywhere including by the pool. Beach not raked. Really poor. Sadly, we’ll never return and will advise others likewise. Such a shame as the hotel has given us happy memories previously.

While the hotel is already run down, house keeping services were good to compliment our stay. The smell of the room was damp as if it was not occupied by customer quite a while. I had to spray some air freshener before I could breath comfortably. Breakfast spread could be much better with more variety of food to keep up with the 'resort' standard.
