"Pleasant"

Spacious. Clean. Friendly staff. I came here to be alone and heal and it was a nice spot to be alone from the world.

The breakfast food. My kueytiao was sour. The laksa was more sour than usual. It was not appetizing for me.

the location was good, better walk in than book online, cuz the price difference is RM100

The toilet was dissapointing, no spray, the Shower head is broken, limited Hot water. The walls are old and the door is damaged

Breakfast was okay only, but the bread & cakes & Sarawak laksa was tasty, Room was big bed spacious was very nice ,

Nasi lemak sambal was tasteless...night we order chicken BBQ it was salty... the toilet also big but shower tap was bad toilet bowl no pipe & flash was stuck, so bad maintaining toilet needs, no shower cap, phone not working, iron board was torn.. not recommended to stay..

Front desk staff and restaurant staff were friendly and accommodating. Accountable, responsible and flexible. The laksa at breakfast was good.

The breakfast could have been monitored closer for top-ups, warmth, etc. There were cockroaches in the room. Furniture was dated and not so child friendly. No ventilation in the bathroom, so laundry remained wet even when left overnight in bathroom. Limited sockets in the room. TV and WiFi was patchy.

"I was looking forward to leave the resort ."

The resort is super old and not manutented . The beach is dirty and the staff is quite lazy.

The beach is dirty, the service is poor , the spa is a room and not very nice in general.
