El personal es muy atento, muy poca opción para comer en ambos restaurantes que tiene, un poco caro, y algo lento, alberca techada con calefacción estaba fría, descuidada y sucia, tuvimos un percance con nuestra hija en la playa y personas con cuatrimotos que afortunadamente no pasó a mayores, solo fue el susto! Si quieres llevar a la playa a tus hijos pequeños NO ES RECOMENDABLE ESTA playa, hay mucho borracho impertinente en motos y tubulares que piensan que la playa es una extensión de las dunas!

Cancelé dos noches por causas de fuerza mayor, no me reembolsaron y no me dieron opción para reprogramar, me parece que si pudrían hacer algo, ya que no disfruté nada mi estancia, no había desayuno por falta de huevos.

Tiene lo esencial para pasar una o 2 noches en chachalacas, pero el menú del restaurante deja mucho que desear. Una lástima, antes tenía muy buenas opciones también para comer
