El restaurante cerrado por la noche mexicana. Filtración de agua en la recamara. Cucaracha en el baño. Energía eléctrica iba y venía. Nadie del bar de playa se acerca a los camastros a ver si requieres algo. La atención de mostrador es buena y amable. La atención del chico en el tour a las dunas excelente. Por el costo se espera más.

El servicio en la parte de la playa debe de mejorar, todas las veces me paré para pedir y ninguna se me acercaron para ver si estaba bien. Terminé de comer y nunca fueron a recoger el servicio

En cuanto a instalaciones podria decir que es el mejor hotel del lugar, pudimos hacer el check in con antelacion y no hubo problema. El horario de la alberca me parecio genial (de 9 a 9). Mis únicas observaciones serían que el ahua de la alberca techada no esta climatizada, no se ofrece un desayuno con la reserva y que el servicio del restaurante es muy lento

Excelente propiedad, solo las camas no son como en el anuncio, ya que solicitamos King Size y nos dieron matrimonial, y nos comentó una señora alta de lentes de recepción en mal modo que eso no era problema del hotel, que es de la plataforma, pero fuera de eso todo muy bien y buena estancia tranquila

Ni siquiera pude llegar xq dijeron que estaba a 30 min. De Tuxpan y quedaba a mas de 3 horas nos mintieron ,quiero mi dinero de vuelta

El hotel tiene buen mantenimiento, hamacas y columpios en la playa que es calmada, pero insectos tales como mosquitos causaron ronchas en la familia. La alberca techada es excelente. Sólo hay servicio a la carta en restaurantes.
