Hotel Boutique MO17

I came to Querétaro to run the marathon this weekend. The hotel hosted a birthday party that began around 6pm with very loud music. The noice was unbearable from the beginning, but I thought the party would end early so I didn’t complain, at first. The party continued until 3 in the morning, even after some neighbors called to complain. The music was too loud. I wasn’t able to sleep for a minute until they stopped, and I wasn’t able to run the marathon the next day. I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with this hotel.

Es inconcebible que no te hagan efectiva la reservacion en las condiciones en las que uno realizó la reseva... Solicité mi reembolso ya que me asignaron otra habitación distinta a la que habia reservado... Me quedo con una desagradable experiencia...

A little bit noisy, as the room was very close to the common areas.

Extraordinario lugar, super céntrico

The place is nice to look at but it leaves a bit to be desired as a place to stay. One of the most annoying things is that there is pretty crappy music playing almost all of the time, from mid morning until 10 or 11 pm. Why? I have no idea but I don’t come to a hotel to listen to someone’s very average playlist. Peace and quiet is MUCH BETTER. Other than that, this hotel is acceptable although like others have said better water pressure and temperature and a bit better cleaning would be welcome. The staff are friendly and quite helpful usually. Tip: Skip the (very basic) hotel breakfast and head up the road to La Ducle Compañía which has GREAT breakfast options as good coffee.

The staff was really nice. The property looks pretty but devil is in the details and it requieres maintenance and a few repairs.

The rooms were very dark. The water pressure in the shower was terrible. The TV didn’t work. Parking is 3 blocks away and it’s very complicated to load and unload luggage due to traffic.

Un excelente serviico, el hotel con un gran diseño de interiores y detalles cuidados, muy bonitas y practicas habitaciones. Muy practica ubicación! Excelente!

Central location, high walkable score. Off a quiet street and set back this is a lovely hotel. The enclosed and private back courtyard is inviting and the staff warm and friendly. Don’t miss breakfast- delicious.
