property was relaxing and friendly, warm feeling, staff very pleasant

This was our second stay here. The hotel is immaculately clean and breakfasts were plentiful. The staff went out of their way to accommodate my husband’s dietary requirement and even put a small fridge in our room with a huge jug of his special milk. Thank you for everything. We will be back!

We had togo up stairs as i forgot to ask for ground floor

nice hotel ,bit of a walk to st helier as i am a disabled person, found the staff were very obliging, and they were never to busy to assist me if i needed help.

Have stayed at the Talana before. Not too far from town centre but worth get a multi-day bus ticket from Liberty Bus. Hotel a bit dated but very clean and a decent breakfast in the morning. One minor point, a plate warmer would be good as the plates are cold and consequently your breakfast cools quicker. Good value for money.

Location, cleanliness, staff helpful, breakfast great, outdoor swimming pool lovely freshwater too. Only one negative upon check-in the receptionist didn't have our details on paper, we'd booked it online and already paid. Manageress was phoned as the receptionist didn't speak much English, it was sorted out quickly, it was on the computer but not on paper, they made us a lovely pot of complimentary coffee while we waited, we were ready for it!

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. A bit limiting for people with movement disabilities as dining room has steps going up and down to get into. Food was excellent could not falt it.

Nice hotel easy to get to the town or beach and on bus route, also small car park available. All staff very pleasant and helpful and breakfasts were very good. Had a nice relaxed break whilst staying here.

Very friendly staff, hotel and room very clean and tidy. Food was very good and service superb.The hotel needs a lift. We were on the third floor and it was a struggle to carry the luggage up four flights of stairs. My only gripe,
