Extrimly old place. Air codition wasnt work. Wifi is awfull. When its plus 37 u will die in the room

Room was very dark, they use low wattage bulbs to save money. Poor Wi-Fi, consistently have to keep signing in.My room overlooked a large wall and I asked to be moved and they said they were full, but then a family came and they were able to move them. The hallway carpets are coming loose causing them to become uneven (almost 2 inches elevated) which resulted in my almost falling.Fabric slippers supplied for the turkish baths resulting in my falling, and the employees said I was not the first to fall. Hotels.com sign at the front desk touting as 4 star, this is not correct. This is a poorly maintained facility and I will never return.

The hotel is old and needs a major renovation, until that it is overpriced and does not deserve a 5 star rating. They give a free tickets for Turkish bath which is a nice thing, but the hotel location is far from the mail tourist locations in Bursa.

Otel çok eski durumda, banyolar dökülüyor, yatak rahatsız, internet çekmiyor, mutsuz personel ( kahvaltıda gördüklerim hariç) odalarda ses yalıtımı yok, yan odanın alarmıyla uyanabilirsiniz. housekeeping sabah 08:30 da çalışmaya başlıyor ve gürültülüler. İstanbul da uyuyamadığımız uykuyu uyuruz diye burada kaldık 2 gece, bi daha kalmayacağız, daha yeni otelleri tercih etmek en iyisi. Buraya anca Arap Turistler gelir. Otelin yenilenmesi şart Biz hiç memnun kalmadık, tavsiye etmiyoruz.

Definetly not 5 starmore like 3. It was dirty overall.

Booked 2 nights, had to leave after one. Hotel is old and it shows rooms are small and beds uncomfortable. Showers are moldy. Breakfast Buffett not included, expensive for what is offered. Staff non friendly

Slow wi-fi, very poor breakfast, worn out building, 3 star standards..

We enjoyed Turkish hammam, it is like old time, they usually have nice breakfast.
