"Hotel with Turkish Bath included!!! Awesome!"

It was a great experience. The hotel has a Turkish bath, an indoor and outdoor pool, a fitness center, and restaurants. What else could you want?

"Not a 5 star for sure"

The front desk Ahmed was not that helpful neither was friendly. Although we have not checked in until late around 7pm. He was rather rude & didn't even give us all the information. Very little staff who can speak English. The hotel was in great location & nicely done, but very old & dated. The bathroom was a wreck & the bedroom was so old & the bed was uncomfortable. It might be once a 5 stars, but not any longer. It should only be 3 stars

"Terrible hotel"

It was terrible. We paid for 5 nights on hotels.com. We had to move out after 2 nights and move into another hotel even though we could not get our money back from hotels.com. Hotel for 4/5 star was disgusting. Hotel is dirty and very poorly maintained.

"Very Relaxing Break"

We had a very relaxing weekend at this hotel. We specially enjoyed the included Turkish Thermal Bath after a long day of walking and sightseeing. The downside to this hotel is that it is away from city center but you can catch a bus from front of the hotel or a cab. Very inexpensive.

"Nice staying..."

Though we didn't choose this hotel for it's thermal water but it's closeness to everywhere in Bursa, we didn't want to pass the chance to use this facility and it was nice I can say. Foam massage was nice and relaxing too. Apart from that, staff was helping and experienced, room service was fast, room was clean and neat. We did not have dinner in the hotel, but breakfast was nice. Bottom line: My wife and I enjoyed our vacation and didn't confront even with one trouble in this qualified Hotel.

"Everything was bad.."

Bad service, dirty room, no towel in the room, unbelievable poor quality in spa for a 5 star hotel..
