Some of the staff spoke English well. The entire staff were kind and respectful... very cheerful and smiling.

The location of the hotel wasn't clear. I think they knew I needed to get another 2,500 steps in. 🤣

改装したので、綺麗なところ 温泉が広かった 朝のビュッフェの種類が豊富だった

ワイシャツにアイロンをかけるために借りましたが、ワイシャツに汚れがベッタリつきました。 アイロンにいつのかわからないお水も入れっぱなしでした。貸し出すものは次のお客さんがちゃんと使えるようにメンテナンスをして欲しいものです。 別のご家族ですが、タオルをもう1組欲しいとフロントで伝えたら、断る、渋る等の対応をしていて驚きました。 温泉がメインの観光地なのに、濡れて使えない場合はどうすればいいんでしょうか？ エコを意識しているのはわかりますが、気持ちよく滞在はできないなと思いました。 フロントの方も強く言ってくる方がいて驚きました。ホスピタリティとは、と考えてしまいました。
