L’établissement est moderne tout en conservant des chambres traditionnelles japonaises. Le fait que des tenues soient prêtées rendent l’expérience encore meilleure.

La douche. Un peu sombre et petite.

バスターミナルからも湯畑からも少し離れているがシャトルバスがあり助かった。どこも清潔で気持ちが良かった。湯畑近くの姉妹ホテル、大東館のお風呂も利用できるのも良い

部屋の外を歩く人の話し声が聞こえた。

En el momento de reservar comprobamos toda la información, web, booking... Y reservamos. El día que llegamos resulta que están haciendo obras en toda la fachada, compruebo y en la web no pone nada al respecto y en booking hay una pequeña nota, junto a la información referente a las camas de los niños, donde sí aparece ahora. No he recibido ningún correo ni aviso de que estuvieran de obras. Llegamos a la habitación, andamio montado en la ventana, martillo neumático, golpes.... Bajamos para quejarnos y nos dicen "cuando se vayan ya no habrá más ruido". Pues vaya, llevo horas para venir a descansar, que igual estoy sin dormir y me apetece echarme un rato.... La persona que nos hizo el check-in nos dice que la cena es a las 18h (y no apartir de las 18h) cosa que vemos cuando ya hemos cenado. Si quieres toallas para la ducha, se pagan aparte, si quieres algo de baño tienes que ir a pedirlo a recepción... No sé, me dejó mal gusto, desde luego este no lo recomendaría.

ビジネス目的で利用させていただきました。施設の方々の対応も良く、インバウンド客にも適切に対応できているようでした。湯畑からは他施設と比較して少し離れていますが、中心部までのバスが頻繁に運行されているのでアクセスにも問題なしです。

料理が たくさん種類があり 当たり前のメニューだけではなく とても良かった

ホテルフロントの人が 地域にあまり詳しい感じではなかった

Good public onsen in the hotel, good breakfast, toilet in the room. View at the garden but it is nothing exceptional, maybe at higher floors you have better view (we were on the 2nd floor). Kusatsu onsen is a small town, it takes around 15m walking to get to the city centre. They also have shuttle bus. But there are also options right in the city centre, from the same chain. Not bad for the price though.

No shower in the room so you have to take the public bath (specificity of the town). Bad room sound insulation, other guests turned out to be quite a noise nuisance, better bring you earplugs. At public onsen other attendees were "secretly" discussing us, felt uncomfortable. We had no tattoos, and were not doing anything weird, hopefully. Probably cultural thing.
