Location and the staff! Pool was amazing.

The property was fantastic, beautiful location, amazing service by Mayra (and everyone else), breakfast was outstanding and facilities were great, room and pool were clean and had everything you needed.

Steps, but they are part of staying in Fira. Porters are available to get luggage to and from room, so steps aren’t really an issue.

Tout etait parfait. Faire attention en revanche pour les petits enfants car peuvent monter sur les bancs exterieurs sur les balcons et basculer.

Incredible hotel with amazing views!

Le personnel est agréable professionnelle et adorable. Ils sont véritablement au service du client pour que ce dernier passe un moment exceptionnel dans leur hôtel. L’emplacement est parfait et le petit déjeuner est très bon.

Location was good

For the price I didn’t feel like it was a luxury property

The location & views were amazing. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious. All the staff were friendly & helpful however I want to say a massive thank you to Mayra who I was communicating with before we arrived & who sorted out wine & a cake for my husband’s 60th birthday. It made his birthday in Santorini a special one. We so enjoyed Porto Fira suites & I would definitely recommend this accommodation & hope to visit again in the future.

There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like.

This is the best property we have ever stayed in, and what a view. The staff were so attentive and caring and they made our stay so enjoyable from the moment we arrived. As taxis etc cannot arrive anywhere near the hotel because it is on the cliff face Arrangements were made for the porter to carry all our bags from the meeting point down to the hotel which involved a lot of steps and the same again upon departure. The whole ordeal of getting to and from the hotel would have been very difficult without this service. The most delicious breakfast was served to us on our balcony every morning with lots of options to choose from. If we are lucky enough to visit Santorini in the future we would not consider staying in any other property and will certainly recommend it to anyone we know.

קודם כל השירות של הצוות במלון, היה וואו, מהרגע הראשון אירגנו לנו הסעה מהשדה שדאגה והביאה לנו את המזוודות עד לחדר, ברגע שהגענו קיבלנו משקה וואלקם דרינק, הביאו לנו מפה של האי, הראו לנו הכל ודאגו להסביר לנו את כל המידע האפשרי שתהיה לנו את החופשה הטובה ביותר. המלון ממוקם במיקום מעולה, מרחק הליכה של כמה מדרגות מהכל. החדר היה נקי עם נוף מדהים כל בוקר מחדשים את המים ומגישים את ארוחת הבוקר עד החדר (בוחרים מה רוצים כל יום לפני). בנוסף המלון עזר לנו להשכיר רכב ותיאם את הכל וענה לכל בקשה שהיינו צריכים. הבר קוקטיילים במלון מדהים, שתינו המון קוקטיילים בחופשה ושם היו ברמה גבוהה מאוד. הבריכה חמודה ממש, יש טלפון שאפשר להזמין משקאות מהבר היישר לבריכה. חוויה מדהימה.

לא מתאים למי שקשה לו עם מדרגות (למרות שכל האי דורש יכולת לעלות מדרגות), המלון לא נמצא במיקום רע.

Incredible service.

Room was very damp after a shower, could use better ventilation, but this is only a minor problem
