Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our two rooms were different but both very nice. I’m not a fan of showers over baths but the water flow and pressure was excellent. Food was very nice, both breakfast and dinner.

Location, good atmosphere, pleasant staff

Room dated, bathroom very cold. Restaurants inundated with dogs some of which sitting on laps at the table or on chairs. Not really acceptable and unhygienic

The property was in a great location The dinner menu was good and the food was very tasty The breakfast had a great selection as well The thing that made this place was the friendly helpful staff especially Richard There was a friendly bar area and a front lounge

Unfortunately there was no downstairs disabled facilities for ladies

Ideal location. Service impeccable. Slept well because of comfortable and firm mattresses. Loved the uneven floors. Tetbury is an interesting town. Breakfast excellent.

Problem with the shower

Lovely clean hotel with friendly staff, a comfy bedroom and a lovely place to relax with good food and a relaxing atmosphere

There’s was nothing we didn’t like

Lovely ancient inn in central location. Very good staff and food and easy parking in public car park behind the hotel. Comfortable well equipped room.

It was a Saturday so the bar areas were quite busy and noisy as it’s a popular place.
