The staff were outstanding. Friendly and very helpful, including helping myself and my elderly husband to navigate the stairs and carrying our bags. Breakfast was very good, as was the coffee.

The room was adequate as we were only staying for one night but was on the small side.

Excellent location ideal for exploring Tetbury. They have a nice cosy bar area and restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious and I strongly recommend going for the food alone.

Wasn't told work going on. Scaffolding up and workmen outside bedroom window at 8.30. Steps up to bedroom and near bathroom so felt these were unsafe to get out of bed to use the bathroom in the night. Need to be further away from the bed or even gated. Rooms need an upgrade, fresh paint, new carpets.
