Location was good for the concert we attended

Very noisy in the morning, rubbish bin collections, bottles being deposited in a bin etc. whilst there is little the hotel could do, our extra lie in plans were dashed. We stayed here many years ago, this stay was quite a different experience. The hotel feels a little tired and needs some TLC.

Great location, great food and lovely, attentive staff.

Room was a little dated and could have benefited from a new carpet. Overall, it had lovely rustic charm though.

Staff nice did their best dispite bedroom 8 being in a very poor state, with mould and paint peeling from window seals and wallpapers stained also carpets worn bare, all for £250 per night. Owners should be embarrassed!

Good location, spacious room, comfortable bed, lovely breakfast

The decor was a bit tired, particularly the bathroom. The flush didn't work very well. Some of the staff didn't present themselves very well, but the waiting staff were very good. At £220 per night we expected luxury but we're disappointed

Staff were very friendly. very good value for money. right in the town centre
