Hampton Inn & Suites Ocean City Bayfront-Convention Center

Stay was as expected. Staff were friendly and helpful. The late checkout option was really useful for a late flight.

It was a clean and comfortable room.

Everything was great. You get what your paying.

Overall hotel was good just wish weather was warm enough to get in outdoors pool. Hotel was clean and staff was very friendly.

Didn't like the bed & pillows, for the amount of money that was paid I thought bed & pillows would be more comfortable, woke up each morning with a sore neck having to use two pillows to sleep on and they weren't good pillows so, bed could have been a little more comfortable, I mean honestly the amount of money that is being taken in from mid spring till September you could make the beds more comfortable. Plus it was a suite I'm guessing so expected a little more. I mean for a HILTON hotel I expected more comfort for sleeping.

Clean. Parking. Great staff. Free breakfast. Location was perfect for event at convention center.
