The Outdoor Pool is out of operation from November to March. Please note that there is a dress code for dinner at on-site restaurant Fine Dining. All guests are requested to dress smart casual, and sleeved shirts and long trousers are required for men. Attires mentioned below may not permitted: - Gym clothes, shorts, and camouflage style clothing - Flip-flops and room slippers - Traditional clothing (Yukata, Jimbei, etc.) Please note this is strictly a nonsmoking property. Please Conceal Your Tattoos At all Terrace Hotel properties, tattoos of any kind may not be shown when on hotel premises. Within the lobby, restaurants, and other public spaces, please wear attire that fully conceals them. Likewise, rash guards or other appropriate swimwear are required at our pools and on the beach. Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests. Excellent service with the most thoughtful staff. We were greeted with a valet service and was given a tour of the property after a very prompt check in. This is an adult only facility which allowed for a quiet and calm experience. The room was cleaned thoroughly each morning with a turn down service in the evening. Healthy breakfast options with excellent afternoon treats and small bites in the evening. We also experienced the typhoon during our stay. The hotel staff kept us reassured, safe and fed through the day. They worked very quickly in cleaning up after the storm and returning the resort to its usual state. Also very kindly gave us a breakfast box on our last morning as we had to leave the hotel early.

Das Wellnessangebot war hervorragend und hat unseren Aufenthalt deutlich aufgewertet. Das Personal war jederzeit äußerst höflich, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist auch die Sauberkeit – die Zimmer waren stets sehr gepflegt und sauber.

Das Loungeangebot ist eher überschaubar. Es wurden lediglich kleine Appetithäppchen angeboten. Das Getränkeangebot ist ordentlich. Andere Hotels dieser Kategorie bieten hier deutlich mehr Auswahl und ein umfangreicheres Angebot.

The staff was amazing and were always available to provide the best experience. The location was perfect. The view is breathtaking. The lounge with the view offered healthy and delicious foods and drinks throughout the day

The restaurants and room service close at 10pm which is a bit early for our taste and the italian restaurant was closed :(

Tolles Hotel mit Schwesterhotel gleich in der Nähe,- schöne Badelandschaft mit Sauna etc. Sehr schöne Zimmer und sehr nettes hilfreiches Personal. Essen ausgezeichnet!
