Quarto com bom tamanho, mas iluminação fraca. Bastante espaço para as malas e roupas, cobertor bom, mas precisa pedir na recepção. Recepção e areas comuns bem bonitas.

Elevadores não funcionam direito e são pequenos, tem 3 elevadores mas apenas um funciona, fiquei dois dias e ouvi relatos de pessoas presas no elevador. (fiquei no 17º andar) demorei mais de 15min para conseguir descer. Café da manhã bom, mas poucas mesas, novamente fiquei esperando alguem terminar para conseguir mesa, ninguem no local para organizar e limpar as mesas rapido e ja acomodar outras pessoas. Torneira do chuveiro frio quebrada, ficava caindo e muito dificil para abrir e fechar.
