Very very bad hotel Receptionist lack basic information and could not help me in anything They even asked me to leave the hotel because they thought I’ve booked only one night It took me a while to explain to them that I booked 3 nights Not recommended at all We stayed there for 3 nights during which the rooms were not cleaned at all Very poor breakfast and very dirty place Only location is good , other than that you will regret your stay there.

I have stayed here for one night, last April, during a trip around Jordan - we were a group of 15persons. The hotel room was quite nice, clean. The breakfast was ok, not too many things to chose from but probably because it was before the season started (the hotel did not look fully booked) The hotel is close to the public beach, which might need some clean up (!women are not allowed in bathing suits, just shorts and tshirts). If you want to suntan, i recommend to ask the hotel reception to help with a booking for one of the shuttles that transport tourists to a private beaches.

stayed at the Aqaba Gulf for one night during a business trip. Room is quite spacious with high ceilings, and great views of the Red Sea. Have not tried any F&B there so can't comment on anything related to that, however, I can say that the hotel is clean and tidy .. great for a one night stay in Aqaba if you are on a budget.

Very beautifoul hotel, the best in the city of Aqaba. Clean and safe. Very close to the city center. Big swimming pool, nice food, fast service. Very good, especially for families. The stuff is friendly.

Very bad hotel, from the beginning no hot water was available in the room with very low flow water on the tap, once I finshed the shower there was no towels in the toilet, kept calling the front desk with no answer... went down to inform them, then they changed the room and send a technician to check for any problem, he passed in the room without knocking the door!!! The breakfast was very bad, just some cheese, boiled eggs and unium with few olives... It was the worst night I spend in any hotel.. If there is a zero points I would rate it as zero

I can not say that it is good, I dealt with it before and it was wonderful, but this time it is very bad and unfortunately, I was recommended to people and the situation was embarrassing. First, there is no inspection of bags and people. Secondly, there are no employees. The breakfast is very bad. The cucumber and tomatoes are not too fresh, the hummus is also old, so this is the just breakfast no choices. unfortunately, I do not think I will try again with you.

This place has the feel of somewhere that may once have been great, but has since fallen into disrepair! As the manager showed us the room, we walked past over flowing bins and broken furniture. But we were so tired and needed a shower so we took the room. When we came in from dinner 5 hours later the bins were still over flowing and the broken table was still there. The bed had fresh sheets but everything else in the room was grubby. The whole hotel itself is in desperate need of a really good clean. The place was almost empty and felt a bit like the hotel in The Shining....dark and uninviting. Breakfast was not great, not helped by the few other guests there smoking right next to us. There were signs saying no smoking but the staff did nothing. The pool was empty and the pool area was dirty. Overall, it's cheaper than most for a very good reason. I imagine it's only the Hajj that ever fills it up!

Dim, poorly lit room, cold and dead feeling. Terrible food. We just walked out to find something to eat elsewhere. Breakfast was stale bread, bad coffee, no eggs, no cereal. The place was empty but for us while nearby hotels were busy.
