I stayed in the area with my family . Upon arrival I was greeted with excellent customer service from the front desk staff member by the name of Katrese whom made sure my check in process went well. Katrese also made sure to answer all my questions and concerns as well as making sure i had everything I needed during my stay. She made me and my family feel welcomed during my entire visit in the area. I would definitely be staying at this hotel again next time i visit

AUfrom the moment we walked into the building we liked it and the rooms were cosy and very clean with a little kitchenette and a walk in robe to store the luggage.Special thanks to Oscar at reception for the advice to take Metro to Washington DC,overall it was very enjoyable stay and highly recommend it
on the way out I forgot my jeans jacket in the robe ,contacted the reception twice about it and even offered to pay for it to be sent back to me,was told they’ll call me back but never did,very disappointed
Good for the value
After a 13 hour drive and a heck of a scare after realizing the original hotel we book was a filthy cesspool, the clerk who greeted us at 9:30pm 5-19 was an absolute angel! She was friendly and welcoming and most definitely calmed my nerves. The rooms and property were clean, comfortable, quiet and safe! I’m sorry I didn’t catch the desk clerks name but she turned our entire trip right side up and I thank her! It was my first stay at a Candlewood Suites but not my last!
