There was a problem with the billing. I had to call the hotel with questions about the bill that appeared on my credit card account. The general manager Oscar fixed the major problems but I still have a $5.34 charge on my bill that is unexplained. This took away what was otherwise a wonderful stay.
USWe liked that the hotel was near other small shopping centers. We also liked the size of the room and the pleasant staff.
Our telephone did not work properly in the room. We tried to call the front desk, however the phone rang like a busy signal. There were no doggie bags in the outside doggie container and there was dog feces in several areas because of this. Lastly, it would be nice to include a breakfast package with the room.
