Wonderful owner/staff. Food could use an upgrade. Very convenient to Lenox downtown.

Friendly staff, beautiful facilities, super food. Wi-Fi weak

Our room was very clean and comfortable. The fireplace was a romantic touch. It was a true romantic experience in the Berkshires.

We tried very hard to like this place, but just couldn’t. There were just too many things wrong with it. We love discovering new Inns and B&B’s, and have stayed in a lot of them. We’re not fussy travelers, but when you’re shelling out nearly four hundred a night, one would really hope for a truly amazing stay. This certainly was not. The outside needs a lot of maintenance and updating. See photos. We were put a room directly adjacent to the BAR, but were assured that it was soundproofed. It was NOT. We could hear every conversation and every drink being poured by 6 pm. The room itself from very spacious, with a great gas fireplace. The bathroom also needed updating, and numerous ugly damp spots around the 80’s jacuzzi tub that you couldn’t pay us money to actually bath in. See photos. The housekeeping was some of the worst we’ve ever come across. The bed was barely made, all wrinkled when we arrived back (photos) The female owner has an abrasive demeanor. We asked for recommendations on things to do, and she dismissive. “There’s tons to do around here. Take a look at the flyers on the table”. At breakfast, I asked for a glass of water and was told to get my own from the water cooler in the bar area - a completely separate room. On the plus side: it’s great having a bar right inside the “hotel”. The selection of wines and whiskeys is enormous. The live music was excellent. Would I recommend saying here? In a word - NOPE.

When arrived, was surprised at lack of welcome greeting. Seemed distracted. Was more worried about carpet than helping with luggage. Reprimanded for not letting them know about allergies before coming. Food was not that good. We arrived at night, but hotel seemed to have an overall dark feeling, not bright and airy. Three-piece band in lounge seemed a bit over kill for size of place. Ask for glass a of water and was told to get it at water station.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and Orin, the bartender, was very engaging.

Lovely hotel with lots of classy atmosphere. Delicious complimentary breakfasts. Nightly entertainment varied from excellent to funky. For our own reasons, we brought food with us and didn't eat dinners at the restaurant. We definitely did not appreciate hearing from the owner how disappointed she was that we wouldn't be eating dinner there. The location of the hotel was terrific but Lenox, unfortunately, has seen much better days. The service was attentive. Otherwise, though, this was a very pleasant stay.

We had a lovely time. My favorite part: the breakfast. It was so delicious. The jet tub wasn't as nice as I hoped, and in retrospect i woildnt pay extra for that feature in the future.

This home was beautiful, great location, minutes walk to downtown, comfy and cozy with a great light breakfast before heading out to enjoy the beauful area, the owners where a delight, can't wait to go back in the summer or fall!
