Had an amazing stay at The Fern Residency ! We booked this hotel for my mom's birthday celebration with her closest friends, and it was truly unforgettable. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, going above and beyond to make our stay special. The service was top-notch, with every detail taken care of. They had a wonderful time celebrating a special day in a wonderful setting. Highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional hospitality and service. My stay at The Fern Residency was very comfortable and pleasant. The rooms are cozy, clean, and well-kept, and the overall ambience is warm and welcoming. The hotel feels safe and secure – especially reassuring for women travellers. The housekeeping team did a great job in maintaining cleanliness throughout my stay. There was a wide variety of food offered during breakfast and the dinner buffet, catering to different tastes and preferences. A special thanks to Mr. Nitin Dalvi (DGM) for his support in helping with room availability and ensuring everything was well taken care of. The staff at the reception counter were polite, efficient, and always ready to assist with any queries. Overall, a great experience marked by good hospitality, comfort, and care. Highly recommended!
