Spacious rooms, friendly staff and comfortable stay. Response time was fast and additional requests were accommodated. Food for my 1 year old was custom made basis the requirement. Overall, good stay !

We stayed here for a night and had amazing breakfast the next morning… the food was delicious and many options were available. Specially Adrian and Mihir were very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

We have excellent stay in Fern hotel Chembur.Mumbai. There was great hospitality. I was surprised to have upgraded room from wintergreen to Suit. Room along with big hall was there.It was neat and clean. AC cooling was excellent. Bathroom was good.They have provided Bath tub. One down side was that we did not have hot water from shower. Housekeeping person came and checked, but they told that it will gradually come.It started coming, but 2 person had already taken bath. Breakfast was excellent. I appreciate the request for little late breakfast as we could reach restaurant little late.But it was really good. I also appreciate for considering my request for little late Checkout. Overall, had great experience!! Would recommend to someone for stay.
