It was a wonderful experience, The presentation of the food, its taste, and the overall service were absolutely outstanding. A special thanks to Poonam and Mr. Shishir for their warm and delightful guest service – they truly made the visit memorable.

Overall a Good experience but will appreciate more if there's fabric cushion in the room. Also, it will be better if there's a card to indicate if the customer would like room service or not as currently we have to verbally indicate to the staff as to when we would like to have room service.

Great ambience. Really helpful staff. Especially Sakshi at the front desk, Rishiket and Poonam in the restaurant. Ever smiling and enthusiastic. They also arranged " fasting" food for one of us who was fasting due to Navratri. Wonderful experience. Totally repeatable.

It was a very grand experience, highly capable and motivated staff. Also very diligent and extremely helpful. Breakfast is sooo tasty and highly recommended, the variety is also good. Overall the location, ambience , friendly atmosphere makes it a great place to stay . Highly recommended;;;
