Excellent customer service. All the staff were very helpful, polite and friendly. Restaurant food was very good.

Had a wonderful stay here at The Ferns Residency. The rooms are top notch and they have a superb restaurant downstairs and have a wonderful banquet hall opposite to it called Acres club. Couldn't have found a much convenient place than this. Highly highly recommended hotel for business, couple and family. Kudos to the team and management.

The sustainability role that the property is targeting. The cleaning staff was very friendly.

The customer was not received as per the standard protocol of the hotel industry. The cost appearing during booking and the invoice showed different amounts, which creates deficits in trust and transparency. The absence of a Chauffeur for unloading and loading. I had to do it myself with the help of the security guard. Even if the third member was part of the package, I had to engage with the property to keep the bed for two consecutive days. No proper response during the first day breakfast, and they take a longer time to replenish the emptied bowl.

A very special mention to Sakshi, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Her warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. She ensured that every small requirement was addressed promptly and with a smile, which made a huge difference to our overall experience. The staff as a whole was courteous and supportive, reflecting the hotel’s high standards of service. Excellent Staff and service . My son had to go for his sports event and they ensured he has a breakfast bag filled with muffins , fruits and Sandwich. Also the food had good choices .

In first couple of days the water was only slowly draining from the bathroom.

Ananad and Monu gave a very good service ..hotel room is very clean aswell..fast aswell..perfect location for traveling passengers
