The Fern Residency Mumbai, The Acres Chembur, Series by Marriott

Initially booked for 4 nights, but ended up staying for more than 3 weeks due to a family emergency in India. The room was clean and spacious with all the things you need. The bed was super comfy, which made for a great night's sleep. It was very convenient to have a decent restaurant downstairs to save time going into town for a meal. The staff (both at the reception and restaurant) were fantastic, very helpful, courteous and efficient. Thank you for going the extra mile for us; the complimentary taxi to the airport was most appreciated. Will absolutely return if ever in Mumbai again.

We stayed in Fern Residency Chembur in Dec and it was a great stay. I would like to Sachin and his team for their cooperation, help and patience. The team is very customer centric and very helpful. Food is really good and they are very flexible to cutomer needs. Overall it was pretty memorable stay and would surely recommend others to stay. Thanks Sachin.

We went to Mumbai on a medical trip and had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel. The staff are absolutely amazing, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The room was beautiful and clean. The food was delicious and a great variety. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Thank you to all the staff who made it feel like home away from home.

Amazing customer service. All of the staff are really helpful and kind. They extended our room stay for free and by themselves without asking us to do so. The food was delicious. The restaurant staff were very friendly, kind and helpful. All of the staff were polite and lovely. The lovely service that was provided by the staff. Makes me want to come back to Mumbai for a holiday again.
