Friendly staff, good sized room with balcony overlooking the pool, walking distance to the ferry terminal, railway station and bus depot. Cafes and shops nearby, all in all it was a very pleasant stay.

Nice hotel, nice location, friendly staff, good breakfast and excellent swimming pool and jacuzzy.

You could hear people walking in a corridor or flushing toilet😁bed was for my standards a little too hard.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

My only issue was it was a little bit noisy in the morning with scooters driving outside the main entrance.

Me gusto la limpieza de la cama, la ubicación super cerca de la ciudad y restaurantes y el gatito Mr. Jack en el jardin del desayuno.

El espacio de la ducha es bastante pequeño y, aunque el cabezal de la ducha es grande, sale muy poca agua. El desayuno no ofrece productos de mucha calidad.

"Beautiful stay in Sorrento"

Location was great, very walkable into the center of Sorrento. Was lovely and quiet at night. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming and the room and facilities were spotless. Breakfast was excellent as well!

My mattress was very very firm. I didn’t ask for a topper however so I’m not sure if one would have been available
