הצוות פשוט שירותי ולבבי בכל מקום. המיקום מושלם,קרוב למרכז ברמת הליכה של חמש דקות לכל כיוון. חנייה חינם שזה מצרך נדיר בסורנטו ארוחת בוקר טרייה וטעימה. המלון נקי מאד והחדרים מצוחצחים. מלון בוטיק מבחינתי לחופשה כזו היה מושלם.

Location is excellent, just outside the busy tourist area. The pool is beautiful, very well maintained, nice sun beds with head shades and umbrellas. Always sun beds available during our stay, helpful pool staff and snack bar with good food and drinks. The hotel is very well staffed, with someone always available to assist. Nice breakfast, good to sit outside in pretty garden area, the waiting staff will lay a table outside if you ask them to. Good air con (much needed) and electric window blinds. Daily maid service, very clean hotel.

The room was nice but the bathroom was dated. The shower door was very narrow and leaked and there was a blackened shower cord hanging down which was unpleasant. For the cost I would expect a better bathroom. It sounds like some rooms have been refurbished, maybe we were unlucky. Very thin walls - the first night was very noisy from the floor above but did improve. A usable plug socket near the bedroom mirror would be a good addition. It was expensive for a 3 star hotel. None of these things would stop me from recommending the hotel though, it's very nice.

We had a problem with onward travel during our stay and the staff were extremely helpful in getting us booked in for an additional night and liaising with the ferry companies in Italian for us. The room was a very reasonably sized with a wonderful balcony over looking the green hills. The jacuzzi area was fantastic on the roof, an absolute suntrap and great to take ourselves away from the hustle and bustle of Sorrento.

Bed could have been comfier but was fine.

The hotel was clean and well serviced. Staff were excellent

It was a great hotel with an amazing swimming pool. The breakfast was excellent, and it was obvious that the hotel had been recently renovated. The location was very convenient, and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.

The bed sheets and pillowcases could have been a bit cleaner.

Location was perfect making it great value considering some of the costly, closer to coast hotels. Staff were friendly and hotel/rooms exceptionally clean! Pool area and toilets are well looked after/modern. Bedroom and storage was fine for 5 nights. Balcony and view were beautiful! As were the little touches after mentioning we had a birthday.

My only comments are: • Shower is very small. I’m 5ft 2 and a small woman but even for me washing hair etc was hard. For larger people I can see it being difficult. To improve this there could also be more small shelves as we found we had to keep opening shower doors for products that didn’t fit on shelf. • Not sound-proof. In the area/clientele during our stay we didn’t see this as a big problem, most night we came home late and were early risers too however, you can hear furniture above and talking in the corridors. Some mornings this woke us up, particularly if the cleaners were round not being loud at all just that the walls are thin so maybe if you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs.
