Hotel is near to various shop complex which is convenient. The service is suitable to the price in comparison to other hotels in Astana.

Bardzo sympatyczna i bezproblemowa obsługi. Hotel usutuowany w pobližu starej Astany. W pobližu olbrzymi sześciopiętrowy bazar Artiom. Obok supermarket otwarty 24 godziny. Nie ma problemu ze znalezieniem restauracji z przyzwoitym jedzeniem. Hotel polecam.

Quite a small hotel, friendly staff, quite a good restaurant, overall OK. I was woken by thundering children on the last two mornings, and the attention of housekeeping was patchy (no toiletries on arrival, two days no cleaning). The area is actually quite convenient though not in the centre. There's a supermarket next door which is handy.

The staff were superior!

Overall I had a very pleasant stay with helpful staff who spoke English and were accommodating in terms of providing city maps as well as information. The room was bigger than usual and very quiet, with the large windows opening onto a quiet courtyard. The air conditioning and heating worked perfectly. Most of the time the Wifi was good, but it did tend to get very slow at times, especially in the evenings.

I stayed in non smoking unit but you can smell a cigarate smoke

War 9 Tage in diesem Hotel mit meiner Familie, es gabe alles möglich vom mehrmaligen Stromausfall bis zu Tageweise keinen Wasser sodas man nicht aufs Klo, Zähneputzen weder noch Duschen konnte. Es gibt kaum Personal das Englisch spricht, also wenn man kein Russisch kann ist man etwas aufgeschmissen. Und das Frühstück, naja es war lecker so ist es nicht aber es fehlte immer irgendwie was oder war gerade wieder leer. Obwohl die Lebensmittel nicht viel kosten war wenig angeboten wurde, man merkt das es nicht viel Liebe angerichtet wurde. Und es war im Frühstücksraum mega laut morgens um 09.00Uhr so das ich mir vorkam als wäre ich in einer Disco. Zimmer wurde immer gereinigt nur die Ecken wurden vergessen, aber das war dann nur noch halb so schlimm. Es fehlte so bisschen an alles, es gab auch außer Russische oder Kasachische Fernsehrsender nichts was man im TV schauen konnte nicht mal Englische Sender obwohl ich aus Deutschland komme.

The staff were very hospital and friendly. And were fluent in English, Russian and Kazakh. The room was always clean and tidy. The breakfast was prompt and fresh.

Hotel was very clean and the staff friendly. Plenty of places close by to eat within walking distance.
