AUWish we were told about the onsen tax prior to booking
BEL'emplacement, le calme , la splendide vue sur le lac depuis les chambres . La magnifique vue sur le Mont Fuji depuis le resto . Le choix du buffet au dîner et petit déjeuner.. implacable. Le personnel soignant et très agréable Juste en face de l'hôtel, location de vélos et kayaks ... Tout état parfait !

CHDie Lage des Hotels sowie See und Fuji Blick war gut. Das Frückstücks- und Abendbuffet war ausreichend, schön präsentiert und wurde immer aufgefüllt. Bei Halbpension sind die Getränke im Abendbuffet enthalten. In der Lounge gibt es keine Alkoholischen Getränke.
Das Hotel ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und nach europäischem Standard kein 4* Hotel. Zimmer wurden gereinigt aber genutzte Tassen nicht entfernt/erneuert. Der Saal für das Abendessen/Frühstück ist lieblos und erinnert an Mensa Atmosphäre, sowie das die Lüftung nicht ausreichend ist und die Kleidung nach Essen riecht. Dresscode ist nicht vorhanden und viele Gäste kommen in der Onsenkleidung zum Essen. Das Onsen ist ausreichend, leider sind die Holzeinlagen schon spröde und sollten ersetzt werden.
