Inn at Crestwood

Exceptional staff, great updated room, excellent dining at onsite restaurant

Amenities were not available. Grounds need to be repaired (cracked sidewalks, debris)

The entire property was immaculate. The old architecture and furnishings were beautiful. Our room had a gorgeous mountain view, paired with a beautiful fireplace, made for a great morning. All employees encountered were very nice and accommodating.

Currently being renovated. It was close to my event which I stayed there. No breakfast at all. My room was clean but noisy air handler. Didn’t sleep well.

Alex at the front desk was absolutely phenomenal! The spa was unfortunately out of order for the evening but she offered some compensatory amenities and helped make the night a great one all the same.

Charming Inn set in a wooded private setting. Very peaceful and quiet. Convenient to Grandfather Mountain and dining and shopping in Blowing Rock. Would definitely stay again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, cozy and clean. Loved having the fireplace in the room. The restaurant was lovely with amazing food. Drinks were yummy! I did not get a chance to use the pool as it was closed due to the extremely low temperatures making it difficult to keep the pool warm.

I loved the location of this hotel, the view was beautiful from dusk to dawn, you could see all the mountains from up top and it was really close to the Sugar Mountain Ski resort and the little village with all the gift shops and restaurants and bars.

Nice room, very pleasant staff. Totally refurbished bathroom. Up in the mountains, a very nice view of the valley.

The walls were not soundproof. We could hear the T.V. in the other room. Also heard talking, albeit muffled. Renovation being done to the entrance way of our room. It is off season and prime time to do repairs and upgrades.
