Really nice place in Swellendam. Super friendly hosts from Netherlands. Nice authentic rooms with all facilities needed in good shape. Highly recommended.

All was great.

Liebevoll geführte kleine Unterkunft eines niederländischen Paares. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Man merkt, den europäischen Hintergrund und die gute Qualität der Ausstattung. Frühstück ebenfalls lecker.

Perfekte Lage an der Hauptstraße und trotzdem sehr ruhig, in einem schönen Garten mit einem sauberen Pool. Die Besitzer waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns im Vorfeld einen Restaurant für den Weihnachtsabend reserviert. Während des Aufenthaltes haben noch 2 Reservierungen getätigt. Das restliche Personal war auch sehr nett. Frühstück sehr schön angerichtet mit Butter, Käse, Wurst, Marmelade, Müsli, Joghurt und 10(!) Sorten Obst. Alles war sehr sauber und das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag frisch gemacht. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Schade dass unser Zimmer eher klein war und keinen Schrank hatte.

Excellently equipped rooms with all conveniences. Enough parking for all guests. Garden felt like an Oasis.

Difficult to push call button at the gate from inside the vehicle. I am driving a Jeep Wrangler and perhaps it is easier for smaller sedans?

Very friendly and helpful hosts and staff. Vivianne even reserved bookings at restaurants for us and Jan was always ready to assist guests, especially making touring plans. The room, the grounds, and the pool were all spotless. The breakfast was excellent. We should make special mention of the most welcoming host, Khaya, the family dog. We recommend this venue very highly.
