Superbe endroit, assez loin du bruit tout en étant proche du centre dynamique de la ville. La court intérieure est magnifique et apaisante. Le personnel toujours souriant, réactif et serviable. Le balcon n'avait une si belle vue, la douche passait du froid au chaud.
Our room had the perfect view of one of the volcanoes. The staff were all very helpful and nice. We booked a massage and reserved their roman bath which turned out one of our favorite in this hotel. I am glad we booked this place.

Alejandro and the other 2 girls helping up front were awesome! They made my life so easy despite a few minor challenges that week! I appreciate all of you and your help carrying up and down and the wonderful breakfasts and the late night pizza! Hope I can see all you next year. Gardens are AMAZING and this place is very tranquilo!
La Hosteria is very beautiful, clean and the staff that works there is very nice! Had a hot stone massage and it was wonderful!
Fue muy agradable sin embargo en la publicidad indican que funciona un spa con masajes pero en en la fecha no funcionaba, tampoco estuvo activo el servicio de restaurante.
It has a pretty courtyard with lovely plants and trees. But the hotel is outdated. We lost water and power multiple times through the week long stay. Towels, if there were any in my room, had stains on them. It’s a cute place but needs some attention
Pretty hostal with nice spa and massage. Staff helpful. Very central. Would recommend this hotel
