The hotel as expected. Staff was not prepared Went with disabled perdón the room was at the second floor the staff couldn’t accommodate her for special needs

This hotel is and very old house remodel nice BUT HAS NO HEAT AND THIS IS AN AREA IN WINTER WITH COLD WEATHER and big problems with hot water. The water gets hot and cold very quickly with water and no water all when you are trying to get a shower. There was an impossible mission in our 2 days to get a hot shower. The hotel shows some rooms pictures wuth heathers but THEY ARE ONLY ORNAMENTS. Really? Andrea on recepction was really nice but if the owner doesn’t want even to buy portable heathers for the rooms she can’t do anything
It is a very quaint hacienda but we got the three seater on the ground floor which was damp and dark. Try to get the rooms upstairs
This was by far the best hotel experience we've had in Peru. The hotel is beautiful, the gardens are so welcoming, and the room was quaint and comfortable. They had a nice pool and sauna which was nice to be able to use. Their jacuzzi was out of service it seemed. All in all, a great spot and I will definitely stay here again if I am back in Arequipa!
very well located, helpful staff, charming, and pretty quiet given it's downtown. the hotel would require some maintenance however, carpets smell.
The location is great, parking is not included but that's ok. The hotel would need some refurbishing, new carpet, better doors and insulation
