Professionally run and seemless service even with no staff on site. Everything seems new; it is spotless. Communication was excellent. If I'm back in Brussels this is where I will stay.

It was really great! Ignore the Karen's who can't use the online check-in, I thought it was really easy. Room was clean and the beds are so comfy. There's even a free minibar!

Stayed for one night, easy to find, access and communication was excellent although no staff. The only issue - no hot water in the morning due to maintenance, so would have been nice to know this in advance.

Great location, lovely hotel. Only issue was the bathroom/shower was poorly set up - the water from the shower sprayed out of the shower even with the door closed. There was no way to prevent this. The whole bathroom would be wet

The rooms are a good size. Bed very comfortable and linen clean. Bathrooms also very good size. The location is very convenient. Check in was a little bit of a nightmare, as its all digital and no front desk at actual hotel. Fortunately their online team were responsive, and we were able to rectify the issue. But i had spent about 30 mins in the waiting area. There was no cutlery in the room to make tea / coffee. I also did not realise that there is no housekeeping service. So i had to make my own bed. I may have missed this detail when i booked so i was a little surprised. The hotel has a no smoking policy, but it was very clear other guests were smoking in their rooms. So the corridors smell of cigarette smoke.

We put our luggage in the lockers after check out and when we returned we couldn't get it open. We called the number in the email for help and someone was there to help us in minutes. The location was excellent! The room was clean and very nice.

Molto efficace come sistema di check in, check out e accessi. Ottima la comunicazione, anche in caso di necessità via whatsapp, con risposte immediate. Lascia perplessi la pulizia della stanza, prevista una volta ogni 8 notti. Altrimenti è costo extra. Complessivamente, comunque una buona struttura

Super comfy beds, quiet. They have free laundry. Loved the remote check in process. Walking distance to both train stations, square and tons of restaurants nearby Get carpets that are not black- they all look like they haven’t been vacuumed in weeks. The rest of my room- sparkling clean

Accessable and easy to walk to local attractions. Rooms look nothing like images provided. No check in desk or employees to speak with. Maintenance issues with the building 5 of the 6 days we stayed

Der Aufzug war kaputt, und wohl nicht erst sei gestern. Das Treppenhaus ist unfomfortabel (zu eng, die Treppenbzu schmal und zu steil), insbesondere, wenn man in den vierten Stock muss. Das Zimmer selber war ok und die Lage der Unterkunft war mir bekannt.
