The room was spacious and wonderful, the bathroom luxurious. Excellent breakfast buffet with American coffee :) Beautiful grounds and a gym! I used the gym twice and it was terrific, so was the pool. Thank you for my wonderful stay. I hope to return.

A beautiful location with great facilities and brilliant staff (especially Jaume!). The communal areas have been beautifully restored from the original Finca, the junior suite was lovely and having a terrace was great, my only suggestion would be that the rooms could have more hints to the history of the location. Pool and spa facilities are well kept, the spa area is a welcome break from the heat of the sun. We enjoyed a fantastic massage. A well thought out small menu with reasonable prices is available for lunch and dinner.

My partner and I have been coming to this hotel twice a year for seven years. It has grown as indeed we have and has finally bloomed. It has always been a perfect set up and location for us. I am an interior designer and my partner a builder. From day one we were impressed with the architect and renovation. The quality of the finish and lay out is superb. The location is perfect for us as the hotel is located in the centre of the island at the foot of the mountains which provide a spectacular back drop and being central and near to the motorway makes for easy access to any part of the island. Over the years, the hotel has struggled as indeed we all do when growing into our boots with the service and kitchen. However, this year they have a fantastic breakfast, bespoke omelettes, my partner has five courses! The restaurant has a good decent, consistent menu and a comprehensive wine list. The staff are the best. They are attentive and give personal as well as efficient service. You hear laughter from the kitchen which also indicates a happy team. The swimming pool and spa are perfectly designed. On a rainy day or evening you can take a sauna or steam room. The pool is 13 metres long or you can go round and round which I guess makes it 25 metres. I manage a kilometre everyday which is a lot of turns but manageable. There are plenty of good quality sun beds. You can also try to keep the pounds off by using the gym. Yes the road is not far away but like anywhere you get used to it. In fact I don’t notice it at all apart from the convenience when heading out to the beach or to a restaurant. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and you can also pick your own fruit if you know where to go. Because we are such regular guests we have also made friends with other returning guests of which there are plenty as it is so special. Given what accommodation is available on the island and we’ve checked it out. We think it is good value and out performs any alternative we have looked at. Finally, given we have been coming for so many years we feel like family. That says it all. Keep up the good work Team Sa Cabana.

We paid for a junior suite with terrace for 4nights. At £330 per night I felt that this was vastly overpriced. Whilst I can’t be over critical of the hotel, the following summary should clarify why this is a 4* hotel offering 3/4* service and amenities. The grounds to the hotel/surroundings are beautiful. The pool area is lovely. That said, the hotel itself is soulless / has no atmosphere. The bar area is far from inviting as a result of this, as is the restaurant. We had dinner one night, which was OK. Breakfast was not good quality whatsoever- I recommend saving the 15euros per head. Whilst there are very few staff working at the hotel, they are all very friendly. The bed was uncomfortable (hard) with bad pillows. Being 6months pregnant, this was an issue for my fiancé. I experienced strained neck muscles following night one. The aircon in the room is excellent. We only received one free bottle of water on entry. Furthermore, we only received one small bottle of water each day in the mini bar, which was not suitable for two guests. The small bottle of shower gel ran out on day one and was only topped up on day four. We received two towels to use at the pool day one, but they were never replaced. FYI there is no turn down service - it’s a 4* so fair enough, however cleaners only provide two bath towels for the room (when they clean the rooms each afternoon), which we found an issue when showering in the evening and morning. There are only two English TV channels (both news channels).

We had a superb stay at this beautiful place to celebrate our anniversary. Peaceful and quiet, adult only status very much appreciated. Our suite was excellent and the service and staff also excellent. Would definitely stay here again

It's the second time I've visited the place and a reminder of how special the hotel is. The setting is stunning and a perfect getaway if you are wanting to unwind and feel revived when you return to 'reality'. The staff are super helpful, the rooms spacious - I had an upgrade to a Suite this time but even the double rooms are great. I think it's good value too given some boutique hotels charge over and above. I'd advise you to rent a car if you want to explore but since we were only there 3 days the hotel organised both taxis to and from the airport and on the way back we were driven in a Porsche Panamera - for those that like their cars (not requested but very lovely all the same!). I love this place and will definitely return.

We arrived 9-10pm in the evening, as advertised online the hotel provides a shuttle service, so I called before arrival but nobody picked up. When we arrived we where told that there had been an issue with our reservation and that we will be send to another hotel 20mins away. As apology for the inconvenience we received free breakfast for the duration of our stay, and for the morning that we were leaving at 5:30 a cold breakfast for takeaway, which in the end was forgotten about. We were offered to have dinner that night but charged for it in the end. We should have been called before arrival at the hotel. The other hotel was lovely, the rooms were not as nice but the breakfast amazing. The hotel claims online that it has rental bikes, a shuttle service etc non of which is true which made our stay more difficult as we didnt hire a car based in those features.
