Sa Cabana Hotel Rural & Spa - Adults Only

Great place, lovely staff, make sure you have rented a car!

Set in the countryside in the middle of the island this is the most relaxing and peaceful little hotel. Its location is perfect to access other parts of the island The hotel has a good choice of rooms, good food - breakfast is outstanding - and staff are attentive and friendly. Lovely circular pool, small spa - which we didn't useYou need a car although taxis are available if you want to go out for dinner.

A beautiful hotel with generally friendly staff. However I feel unable to give the 5* recommendation as I had expected. We enjoyed a welcome glass of Cava then went to our room which however had not been made up despite being well after check-in time. We were assigned another room. It was lovely, very well appointed so no complaints there but we could have done without the initial disappointment and the soaking going to and from the first room. By far our biggest bugbear though - on asking for a a taxi for later in the evening we were told it was unlikely - strange surely with 3 towns nearby?! They'd let us know a to 5pm- they didn't. We prepared to drive ourselves, rather annoyed since this made the reason for our stay unnecessary. We booked precisely to save us the drive and to allow us a drink at a meal with friends. On leaving though we were told a taxi had been ordered. Unfortunately it came all the way from Palma, 10mins late, but worse with €26.50 already in the meter. By the time we got to our destination- which the driver didn't know, it cost €45! Fortunately the manager at our hotel restaurant had no problem getting us a taxi for the return journey and it cost only €19! Surely a hotel of the standard of Sa Cabana should have no problem providing taxis for their guests - and at reasonable cost. We felt, rightly or wrongly that we had been taken advantage of and it really detracted from the enjoyment of our stay.

We regularly come to Mallorca for business and vacation and decided to stay outside of Palma this time, yet not too far away from the city and the airport. Sa Cabana didn't disappoint - a beautiful finca turned into a lovely small hotel, very quiet, with nicely appointed and modern rooms, a fantastic pool area, and really good breakfast and dinners. Staff were welcoming and friendly at all times. The location is great as well - only about 20-30 mins from Palma and the airport. We thoroughly enjoyed the 3 nights and will surely be back.

We stayed at Sa Cabana for the second portion of our honeymoon in Spain. It was a great place to go for peace and quiet, as well as to relax and decompress from the crazy of our wedding. It was very quiet - because of the summer months there weren't many guests and at times it felt like an almost private resort. The hotel staff had champagne in our room when we arrived, which was a nice gesture. Ange at the front desk was helpful with our questions about Binnisalem. We each had a massage one of the days of our stay, which was incredibly relaxing. The spa area has a sauna and turkish bath which were very clean. The food was excellent. We had breakfast every morning where there was a variety of fruit, eggs, pastries and (my favorite) bread, meat, and cheese. We ate dinner at the restaurant two of the three nights that we stayed. The food was excellent and Jose helped us pick out wine to go with our meal. The best part was the dessert - both nighst we had fried chocolate truffles with coconut ice cream. It was incredible. If you are looking for an affordable finca style hotel in the interior of Mallorca, Sa Cabana is a great option.

Wunderschöne Anlage und tollerfreundlicher Service. Das Frühstück ist nicht ausladend aber von sehr guter Qualität und man hat ausreichend Auswahl. Das Essen im Restaurant abends auf der Terrasse ist sehr gut und definitiv lohnenswert. Die Nachmittagssnacks kann man allerdings auslassen. Die Zimmer sind sauber, die Betten sehr bequem. Insgesamt ist es wirklich sehr erholsam hier Zeit zu verbringen. Wir kommen sehr gerne sobald wie möglich wieder.

Un fantastique hôtel où le personnel est en totale écoute de ses clients avec un cadre idyllique offrant, calme, luxe et volupté… La décoration sera particulièrement appréciée par les amateurs d'art! C'est une bâtisse rénovée avec goût, avec un cadre naturel particulièrement bien entretenu, et l'espace "aquatique" très bien conçu. Point fort et faible en même temps: l'emplacement. La location de voiture est presque inévitable...mais le lieu, toujours légèrement venté, confère un "climat" agréable. Seule la communication en français est inexistante (et dans l'île en général)...merci donc à Ange à la réception qui a pu et su être un interlocuteur de choix! Un séjour bienfaisant!

Bij de receptie zitten Sid en Ange die werkelijk alles doen om je zo gewenst mogelijk te laten voelen. Daarnaast is Jose in het restaurant/ bar altijd zeer vriendelijk en bekwaam.
