"Great Hotel for Business Travel"

This hotel is well maintained and the staff is very attentive and responsive to their guest. Plus most of the staff spoke English quite well. The room was very spacious, much larger than other 5 star hotels in Shanghai. Also, the hotel is on the Dushu Lake, with great views, a lake side walking path that is great for an early morning run or walk. This hotel was close to the SPI technology park, which was convenient for my business. The biggest downside is the location to restaurants and night life. The area is still developing so it is missing the evening energy of the night life entertainment.

"Hôtel excentré, isolé mais très bien"

L'hôtel est a 20mn en taxi du centre de Suzhou. Personnel parlant anglais (demandez Nick, Jack ou Jim a la conciergerie). Piscine tres peu fréquentée donc agréable. Ménage au strict minimum mais à peu près propre. Chaussons, brosse à dent, mouchoirs fournis. Parapluie, table et fer à repasser en prêt gratuit. Un bon hôtel. J'y reviendrai volontiers
