Four Points by Sheraton Suzhou

The hotel is clean but the internet service is really poor. It was hard to get internet service consistently for more than 15 minutes.

Stayed here for a week in January. The room was clean and tidy but the bathroom was a bit cramped. The toilet was right up against the shower glass screen so was not easy for me to use. I complained and was upgraded to a suite which was very nice but a bit dark. The staff were very nice and helpful. The buffet breakfast was excellent and plentiful. More a business hotel rather than for leisure. The pool on the 9th Floor was very nice with a nice view of the city. It was a dry hotel with no bars or alcohol drinks which was a bit of a downer. Not sure I would stay there again unless they improved the facilities and installed bars etc. Pleasant enough but not to my requirements in a hotel.

Perfect business hotel in SIP area, staff at Front Desk were very helpful, worked through multiple requests efficiently. Good level of English. Room was nicely appointed. Didn't have time to use the gym or swimming pool, hope to see them on my next trip. Definitely recommend this property.

I asked for a non-smoking room on a non-smoking floor when I booked. When I checked in, I was given keys to a room that obviously hadn’t been cleaned and looked like someone was still staying in. So terrible! Then, I was given another room on an allegedly non-smoking floor. The first night was ok but the second night, the people across the hall kept smoking with the hall door open until the hall and my bedroom stunk like smoke. I called the front desk and had to wait forever for someone who spoke English to get on the line. They said they would send someone right away to purify the air for me which was helpful but I’m not happy about the experience at all. I definitely won’t be coming here or recommending it to any of my colleagues.

The room at 14th floor was excellent. The room was big, the bed was huge and very comfortable and the bathroom excellent. The view also was incredible. The restaurant at the 2nd (or 3rd) floor was nice, quite and with delicious dishes. The only thing that disappoint me was the staff at the reception, almost no English language knowledges.

Having stayed at the other three SPG properties in Suzhou, I thought I would try the Four Points as well. Check in was quick and I was informed about property features. My suite on the 18th floor was reasonably sized with a separate living room and had panoramic views of Dushu lake and Suzhou Industrial Park. Air conditioning wasn't switched on when I arrived, but thankfully the AC worked well. There was a happy hour spread in a small lounge area next to the lobby bar from 5:30-7:30 with some drinks and light bites. The fruit platter they sent was decent. Breakfast was quite good with bacon, tomatoes and an egg station, along with the usual Asian offerings- better than what was on offer at the Le Meridien in Suzhou bay. The location isn't exactly ideal for sightseeing, but there's a subway station within walking distance and a small mall/convenience store across the road.

Good business hotel with all amenities required to make your stay convenient. Liked the restaurant with good selection of local cuisine and view over the near lake. Ask for corner rooms overlooking the lake...

飯店員工態度都非常好；從房內往外望，即可看到湖畔景色，雖然不是特別壯闊，但整體的住房感受仍是不錯。這次非常可惜的地方，因為是一個非常匆忙的出差行程，加上又是第一次來到蘇州這一個印象中的古城區，除了沒辦法好好感受飯店的各項設施外，也沒辦法好好的去一些景點遊覽! 下次再有機會來，會好好欣賞蘇州、及飯店設施。
