Four Points by Sheraton Suzhou

We had a perfect stay for unwinding on this weekend at the hotel. The hotel is in the perfect location for a weekend getaway. We did enjoyed walking around Dushu lake and park in the morning, after a great breakfast. The mall is 5-10 mins away and just close to Jinji Lake. We had a perfect dim sum lunch on their oriental restaurant, and had a dinner blast at the barbecue event sponsored by the hotel as well. The room we stayed is overlooking the Dushu lake and it’s quite amazing. Very spacious and clean. The bed is so comfy and we were able to sleep well. The gym and the pool is refreshing. The best people on serving their guests from managers, hotel attendants up to the workers. They are polite and responding quickly to us. Looking forward to stay again in this hotel soon.

I want to recommend this hotel to people who come to visit suzhou for a romantic lakeside atmosphere!!!a hotel that offers a view of the lake and that you can walk with confidence,I must say that it is an excellent hotel very deep cleaning, excellent service, in the Chinese restaurant you have a variety of food, not to mention the variety of indefinite food at the buffet!!!practically those who run this hotel have clear ideas of how to make a customer feel comfortable,I want to thank all the staff of General manager Will, Iris and Cocco for the service and welcome received!! thanks all the staff !! strength and courage you are the best

Was in Suzhou industrial park for a 2 days meeting and selected Four points due to location. The hotel was surprisingly good for the price point. The room was well appointed, the service was good too. There are a few restaurant just across the road. Behind the hotel is a beautiful lake which certainly worth a stroll. Only point that needs improvement is the breakfast room service. I tried both waffle and pancake and they were not appetising. Do request for lake facing room, worth the upgrade.

Spent a short one night stay in wonderful Suzhou. The Four Points was a good location for our specific visit which wasn’t tourism. The hotel was easy to find once off the highway and in a newer area, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel was a little too quiet, unexpected for a Saturday night but it allowed us a reasonably quick checkin. We headed to the room, which I noticed was extremely hot as we entered, I adjusted the thermostat down and then we went out for dinner. Upon our return 3 hours later, the temperature had not changed at all, the room still hot and stuffy at 27.5 degrees. We opened windows and changed the thermostat to just the fan and I spoke to the desk staff to have something done about it. They said they’d send up a fan, which never arrived and we just had to make do with this the whole night - trying to sleep as if it was summertime in the room and outside was winter. Woke up at 6am and the thermostat still read 27.5!! Certainly as a traveler we knew the hotel was implementing some kind of energy saving initiative but this showed that simply they didn’t care how guests felt. Everything else in the hotel apart from this experience was quite good and if they could fix this issue I’d have no concerns about returning there again.

Nicely located, with direct lake view, I had a positive experience with the „Four Points by Sheraton“ in Suzhou. Including a friendly welcome drink at the bar. The braekfast buffet is very nice and the room was quiet and clean. The only little criticism is for the pretty slow check-in.

After a very not happy journey fly into Suzhou late in the evening. I was greeted by a young gentleman by the name of Brendan. While I was still waiting to be serve at the member’s isle, he came to me from the other counter, and carry my bag to another counter, and offer his service. A very proactive act. After check into my room, I relax into the professional set up of Sheraton. Maybe it was the not so nice trip experience, I found that even the soap was comforting. Anyway, Four Points Sheraton, you have made my evening great. And thank you Brendan

Pleasant stay.

The stay was good. The only thing is the food in the restaurant has a lot of room for improvement. Both the quality and the variety.

Stayed 2 days for a conference. The 4 points has an excellent location beside the lake but as it was raining so couldn't experience that. The breakfast was a good spread but as a vegetarian options are limited but good enough to fill the stomach. The other restaurant was a typical seafood one, but even there we got some good vegetarian stuff like fried okra, veg fried rice and stews... Rooms are good..and staff courteous.. and it was walking distance from the metro station...
