"Exceptional"

It was really good stay...especially I remember a kind satff who helped me to get a taxi when I checked out. My flying time was early morning so I need to get a taxi get to the airport. I don't speak chinese at all so she asked taxi driver about fares and how to get a receipt for me. More than 30mins, She was with me in cold weather and helped me. I really appreciate that. The staff name may be "Mister" as I remember. Anyhow I will stay again when I get to Suzhou and highly recommend this hotel.

"Copperplate but comfortable"

Corporate but comfortable. Walking distance to some shops and restaurants. Nice gym. Predictable but good.

The room has 19 (!) light switches. It’s impossible to remember which one goes with which light. The gym closes at 10pm. Would be nice if it stayed open longe r

"Overall it was good except the toilet flush"

Good location

The toilet flush didn’t work properly in my room (#1210). The water flush is very weak. I had to flush more than 3 times when I used the toilet
