Beautiful property, and lovely comfortable clean room. The let down here is the customer experience. Hospitality is lacking, staff ignore you, make you feel like you are inconveniencing them. The pool is lovely.
We absolutely loved every minute of our stay here. This is a place where nothing is too much trouble and they look after you and the place immaculately, with everything thought of. Beautiful place, beautiful kind people
The hotel is nice and the staff were attentive but the room was like sleeping in a sauna. Really hot we had to sleep with the window and curtains open. Other areas were ok but the room was unusually hot and unable to cool it.

Excellent location, friendly staff and fantastic food. 1downside was very expensive EV chargers at a flat rate of £25. Not the best for a plugin hybrid
This hotel was quite the perfect venue for a family living in different parts of England to gather together to celebrate an important birthday. Everyone enjoyed their stay with the outdoor pool being the star of the show, particularly with the children. We were well looked after by staff and provided with a separate dining room allowing us all to sit round the one table.
Lovely place and pleasant staff. Very modern updates
We were greeted by Chris when we checked in after long day exploring Cotswold. We decided to stay in and booked a reservation for dinner. We had steak and Seabass and both meals were cooked to a perfection. All the courses were delicious from starter to dessert. The bed, bedding, linens, and soaps were luxury without loosing the characters of the house..and clean. All the staff were super friendly and very helpful. Thanks Desi, Chris and everyone (sorry, I forgot the name) so welcoming and helpful to make our stay memorable. Beautiful grounds and view from our room. We’ll definitely comeback again.
