Guest are kindly asked to check in at the central office located at Baseina Street 19, 01004 Kiev. Be aware, apartments located not in the same building with Reception, but in walking distance (10-15 minutes by feet). Check-in is at 19 Baseina Street, from 14:00 to 23:00. Check-out till 12:00 (no need to visit Reception). Guests with the age under 21 should pay deposit (equal to 1 night of staying or 2000 UAH) that will be returned at the check-out date, if there will be no damages at the apartment. No pets allowed.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.
