we like that the hotel location was so close to TMII. The room size was also good for family with small children. Staff was friendly with quick check in and check out services. Lots of resto nearby so we don't have to rely to room service

the hotel still feels old and not as refurbished as we hoped. the bed and pillows have this old smell that we didn't like. for the ambiance that we got we feel that it's overpriced

Good location for the Tamin mini Jakarta and local restaurants. Staff very friendly and helpful especially jefery Excellent breakfast, lots of choice. good choice of wine and beer which included room service. Comfy bed, nice crisp sheets. There was no fridge in the room but when we spoke to reception they immediately delivered one to the room.
