Ona Palm Beach

Lovely hotel , room needs updating, no storage in lounge for 3rd bedroom clothing. A little noisy at night. Pool nice. Overall enjoyed my stay

The location was great. Easily walkable to the beaches, the strip, Siam park, and the list goes on. The balconies were great. I watched the sunset over the beach pretty much every night. The bedrooms were spacious. The blackout curtains were also super nice. Only a couple complains. Parking was around 60 euro extra for a week. They also didn’t give dish soap to clean the dishes.

Enjoyed our stay overall , our room was good and comfortable, but bathroom requires upgrading, especially the grouting , toilet seat and doors washed. Entertainment staff good and food ok.

Room had a constant smell from the toilet, so had to keep the light and fan on constantly, bought lemons to rub on the wall ,cut in half and leave in the toilet The pull out double bed was broken, along with a socket hanging off the wall and the kitchenette doors all loose None of the patio doors locked but being up high you would have to be spiderman to steal anything The food choice at breakfast was good, but only 2 coffee machines to cater for everyone - there was always a huge queue, so decided to bring our own coffee down in the end The pool view from 5th floor was brilliant, at the end of the day we were only there for the Sun Sadly all needs updating - but, you get what you pay for a week b&b in the 🌞

Holiday started bad. You have to put your baggage in an outside lock up, which to us was not safe. This led to us having to take all valuables with us. On doing this I personally got my bag pick pocketed and lost all my holiday money. The noise from the discos,pubs and clubs went on all night till sometimes 5 or 6 in the morning. This resulted in lack of sleep because the patio doors were useless. The one in the lounge area didn’t even lock. You get offered drugs as you walk down the street and they openly do it in the bars. The looky looky can be very dangerous. Apart from all this the weather was great and we did try to enjoy our time

Cheap and cheerful. Tired rooms. You pay for towels to use on sun beds (that’s a first) you are not allowed to use your room towel so bring your own. Breakfast: best thing is the omelette although there is an extensive selection of foods to choose from - hot and cold. The orange juice and coffee are truly shocking. Very strict on check in - absolutely no entry to room before 4pm A bit noisy for our liking but it’s in a busy bustling location so it’s not surprising.

The hotel was perfectly located. The rooms are slightly dated but spotless. The hotel its self has everything you need and the pool area is clean and plenty of sun beds. We had breakfast included that was excellent with a wide range of items to cater for anyone. Would definitely stay here again.

Reception corrected an initial mistake quickly, in a professional manner and with great courtesy. Many in the UK, including our government/Post Office should treat people as well. Thank you.

Was a clean apartment for just me and my 2yr old- the lock on the door to the balcony was hit and miss- not idea with a 2yr old climber, so all chairs removed. Also the toddler pool was closed 2 of the 3 days we were there

It was situated well for our needs but very much needs renovated
